Your saved contacts, lists, Hive, briefs and email drafts live in your own account. Other customers cannot see them. Inside your own account, administrators can invite people, assign roles and see the work created there.
AI features send limited business information to AI service providers when that is needed to produce the feature you asked for, with controls intended to keep it to what the feature needs. Generated research and messages can contain mistakes, so read them before you send them.
