Finding a name should be the beginning, not a handoff to five more tools. Buzzlist helps you find business or consumer people, teach Buzz who fits, and have the emails written for you. It is a young product built by Visitor InSites Inc. in Tampa, Florida. The free plan is real, prices are public, and Buzz Send is available in the customer portal after sending setup.
Where this started
We ran sales and marketing teams before we built software for them.
Buzzlist is built by Visitor InSites, which identifies website visitors by name and builds buyer intent audiences, and it is part of the same family as InMarketIQ, a B2B intelligence platform that ranks a market from your wins and losses. Before any of this was software, it was our own job: finding the right people, researching accounts, and trying to turn a list into real pipeline.
We used the big platforms. We know what Apollo and ZoomInfo do well. We also know where they get heavy: too many filters, too many screens, and a database that stops helping the moment you export.
"
A database should make the next hour easier, not require a manual to operate.
What we set out to fix
Good data, and a simple way to use it.
We did not want a bigger version of what already existed. We wanted a search you can work out in a minute, records you can check for yourself, and the part that comes after the list, deciding who matters and writing to them, inside the same product.
That is why the free plan is 100 contacts a month rather than a fortnight of everything. Two weeks tells you how a tool feels. A hundred real contacts tells you whether your buyers are in the database, which is the only question that matters.

What Buzzlist does today
Search business or consumer people with filters. Paid plans add search in a sentence, Sales Briefs on the companies worth a call, and four emails written for each person. You approve every email before it goes out. Buzz Send is available in the customer portal after sending setup.
How Buzzlist makes money
Subscriptions. Free is $0 a month with 100 contacts. Starter is $199 a month, Growth is $499 a month and Scale is $1,499 a month, all of them cancellable from the billing screen. Payments run through Stripe, and Buzzlist never stores a full card number. There is also an affiliate programme: give 100 contacts, get 100, plus 20% of what a referred customer pays for 12 months.
Who writes what you are reading
Mike Berens, the founder, writes the guides, the answers and this page, and answers support himself at mike@visitorinsites.com. If something on this site is wrong, that is the address to tell, and it gets fixed rather than argued with.
