Sending subdomain

A sending subdomain is an address such as hello.yourcompany.com set up only for outreach, so cold email builds its own reputation and your main domain, the one your customers and invoices use, is never touched.

Reputation attaches to a domain. If cold email goes out from yourcompany.com and something goes wrong, replies to customers and password resets go wrong with it. A subdomain keeps outreach in its own lane.

Buzzlist uses short, human labels: hello, team, connect, hq and marketing, up to five per domain, with two senders on each. Every subdomain gets its own authentication records so receivers can prove the mail is yours.

Subdomains are warmed like any mailbox and paced at 20 cold emails a day per sender. Reach grows by adding senders, never by pushing one harder.
